um anyways... done without a grid, so yes... things are messed up. Like that button. Its at the wrong angle. But it was hard to draw... so I left it that way. My art teacher always encurages us to use grids, but I hate them and how she makes beginners use them because the kids can never get the squares to blend, totally screwing up the picture.
Also, the pic I printed out was pixeled and in color. So not only are there some lacking details, but the gradiant scale is probably off as well... XD
so yeah. But I still like it. I worked on it during school for the past week.
It was hard to do but I think it helped me improve :]
and I also loved to do it.... I just love drawing pretty guys now...
Used 5 diff. pencils, (four 2HB and one 5B)
on drawing paper

wow, the hair looks real! it oddly enough fooled me for a sec there. The shading on the jacket and hat are very well dont. I suck at shading anything xD Pretty eye markings. I envy your skills ;-;

You're amazing with graphite! I love the medium a lot though I stink at it (but I'm practicing :XD:) It looks really... realistic and all that jazz. The hair is my favorite part though!

lol real? i wouldnt say that... the hair was annoying i worked the most on that :]]
u can shade... its just something you have to learn how to do is all... i didnt learn how till last year >.<

lol its been a while sice I did a graphite drawing sooo more practice for me :]]
its just a medium u have to be really patient with...
XD the hair is my fav to draw... and redraw :3

I have the patients. The only reason I haven't made much improvement is because of my preference to writing!
