Well maybe I don't want to be like you.
Maybe I never accepted who I was. Maybe I can go into this, and care whether I live or die. Because i'm not like you. I don't care about honor or blood. I care about love. I would never leave you behind... But could you say the same? Ashes after pulling one of Goren's arrows out of his own arm. He waits as the pain of the poison seeps into his bloodstream. Ashes is the son of Rose and Blaze. He is half royal blood (Rose) and half normal mountain wolger blood (Blaze), hence his half blue, half black stripes and reddish-pink eyes. and his name (duh) comes from the equation: Blaze(fire) + Rose = Ashes yaaay for my extreme non-creativity and since Blaze's element is fire and Rose's element is blue fire, Ashes' element is black fire. Fire destroys, blue fire heals, and black fire makes you super angsty. Black fire is stronger than regular fire and cannot be put out naturally. Oh snap. So meet Ashes. I could not have a book without an angsty teen who hates his father. Yes, Ashes hates Blaze because he doesn't want to be controlled by him and the royal family, and because of a dark secret only he and Blaze know. So he goes out on lone hunting trips or searches for dark wolgers to rebel and gets into trouble ahaaa outlashing prince... but at the same time Ashes understands some things his father does not. And when he is forced into the army as an archer during the first war, he is shot by Goren :/ i wonder if he will survive... (this sounds like stupid Kiara -stabs her-) PS: I suck at drawing arrows. And quivers. And proportions... Colored pencil 1 hr 40 min Ashes and wolgers belong to me, as well as the image itself. |
